i have 1 lobotomist, ruins i think i have to hold on to for faires/cruel control. also i have one scalplexis. i think thats it

is it fast enough?

No. but I like mana leak more than delay in this deck as it only has to survive early. The third turn infest is goal. from there thieves counter, circu takes out crucial cards. Most of the costs are cheap because they rapidly set off circu.

No. delay is much worse in a deck that has no removal. Since you mainly want to counter early If you want to keep delay fine but you need a mana leak. Your overestimating the value of delay WAY too much.
