run 3 ruins, and 4 gates and 2 reflecting pool, take out all the basics but the island. take out one jace and run another hindering. just my two cents

i was thinking about esper for block, do u think it would work with only shards?

not too well...it can if u make it as its meant to be made (colored artifacts) but without special cards from older sets (wrath, condemn, unmake, etc.) it cant really be made into much else

any block decks might still be shadowmoor until the third shards comes out.

Yeah the problem is there re no good uncommons that can be used widely. Charms are good in control and that's about it. This set is probably just one above kamigawa as far as relevance but we still have two more sets to go.

The infiltrator is NOT GOOD. The nauseam won't be. the goblin assualt, no. Thoctar, pretty much requires shards colors. the realm is th new armageddon so it's awesome.

it's a cool idea but. it's not really awesome.

it is most certainly not awesome. useful. spoils of the vault is simiar and better if ur only looking for 1 card, but tthat is extended so...

the point is this deck isn't ready for a PTQ. Not good enough. It should either be BW tokens or five color control. there is no reason to run the shard.
